Steve Jobs was born on February 24, 1955, in San Francisco, California to parents who had limited resources. Despite the financial strain, Jobs showed an early interest in electronics and technology, which his parents supported. In 1972, Jobs enrolled at Reed College but quickly dropped out after only six months due to his belief that the classes were not challenging enough for him.
