After PayPal was acquired by eBay in 2002, Musk used his earnings to embark on ambitious projects, including SpaceX, Tesla, and SolarCity. 

SpaceX, founded in 2002, aims to make space travel more affordable and accessible. In 2008, the company achieved a major milestone with the first privately funded liquid-propellant rocket to reach orbit. Since then, SpaceX has continued to advance history, with notable accomplishments such as the first successful landing of a reusable rocket in 2015 and the launch of the Falcon Heavy rocket in 2018. Musk's work has had profound impacts on technology, innovation, and space exploration. SpaceX's successes have greatly lowered the cost of space access, making space exploration and research more affordable.
