It’s OK To Laugh
So allow me to repeat, it can be just what the doctor ordered. It has the ability to ease tension, reduce stress, and even improve our overall health. It can inspire us to think differently, to be more creative, and to explore new perspectives. Studies have shown that laughing can boost our immune system, lower our blood pressure, and even help reduce pain. It can also help us to make better decisions and to be more productive. In addition, laughter can help us to build better relationships with those around us, as it allows us to connect with others on a deeper level. In short, laughter is one of the most effective forms of medicine, and it can positively impact our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
The old adage "Laughter Is Good For The Soul" refers to the fact that it brings people together, dissipates tension in the environment, and calms your nerves, all of which contribute to its positive effects on emotional and physical health. There is no better way to balance your life than laughing. Laughter boosts your mood.
It has also been proven that laughter is contagious, meaning that when someone laughs, those around them are more likely to join in. This can have a positive effect on the atmosphere of a room and can lead to increased morale in a group setting.
So yes, it’s OK to laugh, it’s good for you.

And then there is this…..
One evening, while sitting around the dinner table, a little girl looked up and asked her father, Daddy, you’re the boss, right? Her father was very pleased by this and replied, Yes. Then, the little girl continued, That's because mommy put you in charge, right?
Bonus laugh...
A doctor accidentally prescribes his patient a laxative instead of cough syrup. Three days later the patient comes for a check-up and the doctor asks, “Well? Are you still coughing?”
The patient replies, “No, I’m afraid to.”
Thanks for reading, now stay inspired and keep laughing,
Tom
